Research Interests

My research interests are multidisciplinary, spanning environmental, management, and information, with a focus on the maritime transportation and port field, while taking into account recent societal needs such as Green Transformation (GX) and Digital Transformation (DX). My strength lies in interdisciplinary research with a focus on logistics and the environment, as well as policy research based on my own experiences.

Message for Students

Students will work with me, who has more than 20 years of governmental experience as a bureaucrat, to conduct researches intended for social implementation and reflection to policies, and collaborate with public bodies, private companies, and other universities as necessary. Through the activities in my lab, students are expected to acquire problem-solving skills that would be useful in the real world.
