Undergraduate Course: Inducement to Maritime
Graduate Course: General study of ocean floor physics, Advanced study of ocean floor physics
- Research Interests
I conduct researches on the Earth's internal electrical conductivity structure and ocean floor physics. Targets of my research include the lithospheric-asthenosphere system of oceanic plate and the crust and upper-mantle structures below submarine volcanoes.
- Message for Students
- My research is aimed to clarify the Earth's internal structure and ocean floor based on physics and mathematics, and to understand their dynamics. I obtain observational data that reflect the current state of the Earth, and develop data analysis methods to utilize the data and to gain insight into targets.
