If you wish to withdraw from the University, Faculty students should first consult with their student counselor in their academic year and Graduate School students with the research supervisor, and then submit an application to withdraw from the University to the Administration Office academic affairs section of Academic / Student Affairs Group (the application form can be obtained from the academic affairs section of Academic / Student Affairs Group).
If your application to withdraw is due to illness, please attach to your application a medical certificate from your doctor.
