If the reason for your leave of absence has ended and you wish to return to your studies, please submit an application to return from a leave of absence to the Administration Office academic affairs section of Academic / Student Affairs Group (the application form can be obtained from the academic affairs section of Academic / Student Affairs Group).
If your leave of absence was due to illness, please submit a Health Certificate (opinion document on return to studies) to the Health Administration Center.
