Anchor Dragging Tank

When a ship is moored at anchor,its safety depends on the holding ability of the anchor. Mariners need to find how mach holding power each anchor has and how it is affected by the type of sea bed.
This anchor dragging tank is used for the model experiments to investigate such characteristics of anchors and to develop new-type-anchors.
