A Visit by the Delegation from Korea Maritime University

On October 16th, 72 students and 11 faculty members of Korea Maritime University visited Kobe University, Faculty of Maritime Sciences. Their training ship "HANNARA" called at Osaka during the period of their onboard training program, and they visited us to promote international exchanges as a partner university. Professor NISHIO Shigeru, the person in charge of international exchange activities, gave a welcome speech, and the students and faculty members went a campus tour. They visited the Maritime Museum, Ship Model Basin and training ship "Fukae-maru". Our postgraduate students, who graduated from Korea Maritime University, cooperated to guide the campus tour.
